The 2011 IEEE International Conference on Quality and Reliability is a platform to link tertiary universities & institutions with industry and Government in promoting and stimulating a good awareness of, and dedication to, quality and reliability improvement procedures and good practice. The conference would serve the interest of academics, researchers, quality managers, consultants, and industrial practitioners. Earlier ICQR conferences were held in Hong Kong (twice), Melbourne, Beijing, Thailand and attracted participants from many countries. With the full sponsorship from IEEE, ICQR in 2011 is expected to be the largest ICQR ever. All papers will be included in IEEExplore and indexed by Ei and other major databases.
